IRREVOCABLE TICKETING POLICY

Please be advised that all ticket purchases made via CineScope’s digital platforms or physical counters are final. Once a transaction is processed, tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable under any circumstances. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and accept this absolute restriction.

1. Admission & Entry Protocol

Patrons are required to present a valid physical or digital ticket for entry. CineScope reserves the right to verify identity upon request.
Entry into the theater remains at the sole discretion of the management. Late arrivals may be refused entry to prevent disruption to other attendees.
Infants and children above the age of 3 must have a separate ticket for admission.

2. Prohibited Items & Conduct

Outside Consumables: External food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the cinema premises. Only items purchased from the CineScope Concession Zone are permitted.
Electronic Devices: The use of mobile phones, cameras, or any recording equipment inside the auditorium is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to record content will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.
Substance Abuse: Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of illicit substances are prohibited throughout the facility.

3. Limitation of Liability

CineScope endeavors to provide an uninterrupted cinematic experience; however, we are not liable for technical glitches, power outages, or disruptions beyond our control. In the event of a canceled screening, CineScope will, at its discretion, provide credit vouchers or alternative showtimes.

4. Property & Damages

Any damage caused to CineScope property, including seating, audio-visual equipment, or interior decor, by a patron or their minor will be the financial responsibility of said patron. Management reserves the right to claim full restitution for repairs or replacements.

5. Governance & Compliance

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with all internal safety and security protocols as mandated by the CineScope administration.
